When can I receive the order ? ?
The shipment will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1 working day. SF express will then process the shipment. Shipment will be delivered within one to two days.
Can I collect my order in Emotiontech office in Lai Chi Kok once I place the order?
Customers who wish to collect the order in our office in due course are recommended to contact us in advance before they come.

When can I pick up the order from SF locker?
Usually, it takes one to two days for SF Express to process the package. Once they are ready to pick up in the SF locker, customer will receive a SMS pick up notification. Please pick up the order within the specified time.
A notification email will be sent to you once the order is dispatched from our warehouse. You can track the status of your order on the SF Express website with the provided waybill number.

Wrong item delivered or product is damaged
All the products will undergo quality check before dispatching from our warehouse. If the product is damaged upon arrival, please keep the packaging box and receipt, and contact us, we will arrange a replacement.
And if you receive the wrong parcel, please contact our customer support team and we will arrange the return and send out the replacement.
Can I exchange it if I order the wrong items?
Sorry, unless there is a problem with the product, there is no return/refund. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled free of charge.
