In addition to traditional home delivery, you can also choose to pick up the goods at SF lockers or SF service points in Hong Kong.

For customers who wish to pick up their goods in SF lockers or SF service points, please follow the following steps.

– Enter the SF locker number and address when filling in the delivery address

– After the package arrives at the locker or service point, customers will receive an SMS text message from SF Express, and follow the instructions to pick up the goods at the designated location

– If customer does not pick up the goods within the specified time, SF Express will take back the goods at any time

Can I choose the delivery time by myself?

Sorry. SF Express currently does not provide any designated time delivery service.

If the delivery address you select is the Industrial and Commercial Building, SF Express will generally deliver the package during office hours on the next working day after receipt.

If the delivery address you select is a residential area, SF Smart Locker or SF Express pick-up point, it will usually be delivered within one to two working days after receipt.
