Free Shipping for order over $1000 within Hong Kong and Macau

We offer free shipping to Hong Kong and Macau on orders over $1000 made in Emotiontech Store.  All shipments include tracking which is automatically emailed within 48 hours of purchase.

How are orders sent?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouses in Hong Kong fulfilment centre and sent on a free fully tracked service. This means your order will arrive quickly and safely by the fast shipment service.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Usually your order will arrive in 2-3 business days. If your order seems to be taking longer than expected, try tracking your item or contacting our customer services team and they will be able to assist you. For back orders, delivery time is 2-3 weeks. We will send notification via Whatsapp when the order is ready to ship.

Can I track my order?

Tracking information will be sent via email once dispatched. Generally the tracking information on a signed for service will only show an update once is in progress or delivery has been attempted.
